CN Sports Aims 

We aim to provide the best access to junior football we can, creating a safe, enjoyable and supportive environment. Led by our committee and our team of enthusiastic and qualified volunteers, we encourage the development of players’ footballing skills and sportsmanship. We pride ourselves on excellent standards of player and supporter behaviour. 

First and foremost, we strive to ensure players enjoy their junior football with us and concentrate on long-term development rather than short-term goals with the support of the significant adults in their lives.

• To deliver enjoyable, inspirational, creative, age-appropriate coaching sessions which are challenging but achievable.
• To demand high standards but accept mistakes and rectify them through a variety of coaching styles.
